N. Kröger Wagemut Fasssprache: Carpathian Oak Rum N. 05 2023
Several tasters frame this as a fun experiment more than a knockout pour: a young Trinidad molasses rum given six extra months in new Carpathian oak. You get woody spice, nutmeg, lime peel and green apple, with a little caramel and vanilla. The catch most people land on is that the cask adds less than you'd hope, and at 62.2% the alcohol stays sharp.
The community says- Woody, dry spice
- Sharp alcohol heat
- Little cask impact

How does N. Kröger Wagemut Fasssprache: Carpathian Oak Rum N. 05 2023 taste?
Aggregated from 10 community reviews.
Spicy, woody, hot — light cask impact Most see it as an interesting project rather than a great rum on its own. Spicy, woody and dry, but the cask barely moves it off the base, and the heat runs hot.

Fasssprache N. 05 Carpathian-Oak vs. N. 01 Basis Rum.

Insgesamt ähnlich zu No. 4 Gernan Oak. Alkohol bleibt recht scharf.
