Wagemut Fassdprache No. 7, kaukasische Eiche. Finde den jetzt sogar etwas besser wie die vorherigen in Eichenfässern gelagerten Rums. Man schmeckt die Eiche natürlich heraus, finde den Rum relativ mild und angenehm.

Kaukasische Eiche: Also das ist komplett abgefahren... Die Nase ist echt sehr verhalten und schüchtern aber dann kommt eine eher vergorene überreife Aromatik heraus mit der ich nicht gerechnet hatte. Am Gaumen dann gleichzeitig säuerlich, salzig und leicht rauchig röstig? Saurer überreifer Pifirsich, salziges Gebäck, etwas rauchig, karamellisiert und Kakao ist auch noch dabei dezent. Sehr spannend!
