Wagemut Fasssprache No. 6, glaube der letzte der im Eichenfass lag für 6 Monate. Natürlich schmeckt man hier auch die Eiche und das Fass heraus. Kann aber bei den ganzen Eichenfässrrn keinen großen Unterschied feststellen.

Ungarisches Tokaji Fass: Der mit Abstand kräftigste der ersten 6 Rums. An der Nase relativ verhalten, am Gaumen dann umso ausdrucksstärker. Rote Früchte wie Kirsche, Pflaume und rote Beeren treffen hier auf dunklen Kakao, viel schwarzen Pfeffer und dezent Minze. Begleitet von einer leichten süße und leichten Tanninen. Sehr angenehm!
