Wagemut Fasssprache Nr. 09, hier das Eschenfass. Kommt für mich in Nase und Gaumen holzig vor, ansonsten finde ich ihn etwas bitter. Alles in allem ein Rum der okay ist, aber aus der Fasssprache auch nicht hervorsticht.

Esche: Der vielleicht hellste farblich in der Reihe. Gleichzeitig auch bis jetzt der fruchtigste, das Holz wird hier insbesondere an der Nase fast schon weggebügelt. Extrem viel saftig fruchtige Mirabelle, Birne, Aprikose und Orangenschale mit dezent Vanille. Extrem mild und angenehm zu trinken. Einer der besten in der Reihe, hätte ich niemals mit gerechnet. Und noch dazu aus meiner Heimat!😃
