Wagemut Fasssprache No. 10, diesmal das Birnenfass. Dieser kommt in Nase und Gaumen nicht so holzig daher, wie die anderen. Irgendwie macht er auf mich einen frischen Eindruck, er kommt fruchtig rüber. Ganz ok.

Birne: wohl der dunkelste farblich in der Reihe. Ich kenne dieses Fass sehr gut, da der Bellamy's Martinique Pear finish im gleichen Fass lagerte. Intensive Zimt Gebäck Noten mit Birnenkompott, die an der Nase vor allem schon an Agricole erinnern. Am Gaumen dann allerdings etwas unstimmig. Zimt ist da, etwas Milchschokolade aber danach wird's etwas alkoholisch und unausbalanciert. Wirkt sehr Schnapsig im Abgang wie bei einem eher einfachen Williamsbirnen Schnaps. Aber die Farbe ist echt krass nach nur 6 Monaten!

Erstaunlich wenig Fasseinfluss, kein besonderer Geschmack, eher neutral. Hätte ich mir mehr erwartet.
