Hampden S.B.S Jamaica DOK 2018
Fans of Hampden's wildest ester bombs are the target here — this is DOK, the highest-ester mark, at cask strength and only six months old. Expect glue, solvent and a rush of yellow tropical fruit (mango, pineapple, banana), with a PX finish adding raisin and a touch of cream. One taster called the finish the longest they'd ever had. Young, vibrant, and not shy.

This very young rum (6 months) has the longest finish I have ever tried. This has to be a Hampden rum though not stated anywhere on the bottle. It just keeps on giving and you v can smell it long after it's gone.

Hamoden DOK with a sweet and more mellow side with PX finishing. Very classic finish with more cream than normal, enjoyable tropical note and banana. The nose is light with ester, glue and some sherry. The mouth is a mix of wood, glue, and some caramel notes. Interesting rum, many better balanced Hampden rums but young and vibrant DOK
