08.08.2026 Retasting and I still like it a lot. ----------- 14.12.2019 A nice get together in a summerhouse with family and friends and rum for some of us. Notes Medium dark to dark in colour. Nose Fresh, intense, wood, light roasted, varnish, cinnamon, tannins, light tobacco, fruits. Palate Intense, warm, wood, light varnish, vegetal, light tobacco,fruits, spicy, medium dry. Finish Long and warm, wood, tannins, tobacco, spice, dried fruit, faint chocolate, dry.

🌋 Depaz 2004 – 58 % Direction la Montagne Pelée avec ce Depaz 2004, issu d’une série de bruts de fûts devenue emblématique après le succès du millésime 2000. Vieilli 13,5 ans en petits fûts de chêne français, ce lot provient du fût n°3372. Au nez, on retrouve une belle trame d’agricole classique : fruits secs, vanille et notes de vernis. En bouche, la matière est généreuse, avec une belle longueur et des accents briochés, même si l’alcool se montre un peu plus vif.

Belle agricole nez de fruits secs, vernis, bois vanillé. Après quelques minutes (voir une heure) d aération on repère des notes briochées et même de massepin, Belle longueur en bouche l’alcool est vif mais bien intégré L’expression de l’agricole dans toute sa splendeur
