#4800 28.07.2024 Enjoying a few samples while watching the new Godzilla movie. Nose Medium intense, Agricole, light grass, light wood, orange, light raisin, light herbs. Palate Oily, balanced, medium dry, Agricole, light floral, orange, faint citrus, faint mint, faint grass, light herbs. Finish Medium long, fresh, oily, light wood, balanced, medium dry, light orange, light dried fruit. The empty glass has light pineapple and faint chocolate as well as a light candy note.

Dégustation chez J. B. Labat. Un nez végétal avec du sucre brun, un côté floral et des fruits, surtout ananas et mangue. Grande douceur en bouche, on sent un côté pâtissier au delà des fruits et comme un mini reste de cognac. Belle complexité ! La finale est belle, tous les arômes y sont présents avec un boisé léger. Le verre vide exprime surtout des fruits, tout un panier de fruits.

Schöne Abfüllung von Cave Guildive. Ziemlichch gut muss ich sagen. Schöne Noten von Holz und Pflanzen in der Nase. Am Gaumen kommen dann tropische Früchte hinzu. Sehr komplex dieser Rum, aber auch empfehlenswert.

Geraffelter Apfel, leichte Früchte, Agricole Marker, Orangen, dadurch geschmacklich leichte Erinnerungen an einen Courcelles. Spannend, dass er die ganze Reifezeit in einem Cognacfass verbracht hat. Es macht ihn zugänglich, smoother und geschmacklich breiter. Bielle Puristen dürfte das nicht unbedingt gefallen, mir persönlich passt er sehr gut. Wäre eine gute Wahl bei Leuten die sonst weniger einen Zugang zu Agricole Rum haben.
