Made for people who like tinkering with unusual blends — this one crosses Ghana and Vietnamese rum, and it drinks green and grassy, close to an agricole. Expect citrus, banana, herbs and light wood, with a floral, vegetal core. One taster called it "funky and totaly rounded," but most agree it comes across thin and watery at 45.2%, with a short finish.

An der Nase rauchige Kinderkotze. Nicht unangenehm. Clairin? Am Gaumen tritt die Haiti-Note gehörig zurück. Der Rum wirkt nun etwas langweilig, weil sich nichts prägnant hervorhebt, aber er schmeckt mir gar nicht mal so schlecht, für mich ein easy sipper.

Guter Blend aus Ghana und Sampan. Es kommen tatsächlich beide Profile irgendwie raus. Von Sampan die Früchte wie Banane, von Ghana trockene, florale Noten mit Vanille. Im Abgang etwas alkoholisch.

Nette Idee aber so richtig überzeugt mich das nicht. An der Nase extrem fruchtig, fast schon künstlich fruchtig wirkend. Am Gaumen dann pflanzlich, Kräuterig, gleichzeitig nussig holzig und mit einer Honig-artigen süße und künstlichen bananen Aromen, denke mit ein paar % mehr wäre hier mehr draus geworden. So ist es allerdings extrem verwässert und dünn.

Ew, die Nase holt mich garnicht ab. Vergorenes Gemüse, aber nicht die positive Art. Zusammen mit ein wenig Kakao im Hintergrund. Im Mund wird es besser, immer noch vegetal aber mit cremigem Butterscotch Biscuits, öliges Mundgefühl und leichter Fasseinfluss. Finish ist recht kurz, mit leichtem Pfeffer. Kaum Alkohol spürbar. Holt mich irgendwie garnicht ab, aber interessante Kombi.

Die dominierende Note dieses Blends ist sehr floral/ pflanzlich. In der Nase nimmt man zudem Zitrusfrüchte, Litschi und Olive wahr. Im Gaumen kommen mehr Fruchtnoten zur Geltung. Die Süße erinnert ein wenig an Sirup. Im Abgang unspektakulär. Allgemein ein interessanter Blend, der jedoch etwas verwässert wirkt und mich persönlich nicht überzeugen kann.

Interesting mixture, strong Agricole in the nose, some ester, fruits and much less vegetale notes on the palate. The finish gets sweeter bit it feels a bit too diluted. Interesting and maybe good as a mixer but neat - nothing you would need a bottle of.

Ein weiterer Blend, diesmal treffen sich Ghana und Vietnam. Im Ergebnis zeigen sich vor allem pflanzliche Noten, das Zuckerrohr kommt stark durch und Holzeinfluss ist ebenfalls spürbar. Auf der fruchtigen Seite überwiegt Banane und ein wenig Früchtebrot. Nicht uninteressant aber für mich auch nicht richtig überzeugend.

Geruchsmäßig hatte eine seichte Nanny of the Maroons in der Nase. Im Geschmack steckt dann tatsächlich ein Hauch davon drin. Nur leider war es das dann auch schon. Da fehlen mir die Prozente. Aber als Saufrum m passt er schon. Auch für Einsteiger finde ich ihn toll geeignet. Gerne mehr davon mit mehr Prozenten und längerer Lagerung.

Für mich persönlich nichts halbes und nichts ganzes. Mal wieder ein schönes Experiment, mehr aber leider auch nicht. Für den puren Genuss finde ich ein wenig zu dünn. Als Mixer durchaus ein wenig gefälliger, aber auch nicht wirklich überzeugend. Für das Geld aber durchaus fair.

Im Geruch erst sehr spannend und komplex mit Noten von Früchten und gewürzen mit vielen grünen tönen. Dann im Geschmack sehr langweilig wie ein viel zu verwässerter agricole. Auch leider sehr kurz. Schade

Nase: Typische Agricole-Noten, aber da ist noch mehr, eine etwas blumige, grüne Note, die mich irgendwie an den Savanna Creol erinnert. Gaumen: Am Gaumen dann etwas Frische, etwas Kräuter, leichte Röstaromen. Leider fehlt ihm für meinen Geschmack die Power und auch sonst finde ich ihn geschmacklich etwas lasch, kein wirkliches Alleinstellungsmerkmal. Fazit: Kann man trinken, muss man aber nicht. Nicht wirklich schlecht, aber für meinen Geschmack nicht interessant genug, gibt einfach genug andere, spannendere Abfüllungen.

Jako experiment asi dobrý. Do drinku si myslím bude fajn. Cítím tedy hodně ovoce (hlavně banány). Na ochutnání vzorek dobrý, neurazil, ale na láhev to opravdu není

Irgendwie ein sehr pflanzlicher/fruchtiger Rum. Vor allem Zitrusfrüchte in der Nase, kommt sehr frisch daher. Am Gauemn dann tropische und gelbe Früchte (Banane). Aber auch sehr pflanzlich und floral. Kräuter kann ich irgendwie nicht erkennen.

#4574 26-27.01.2024 Hanse Spirit This rum want really me. I'm pretty sure there will be a mixer where It will perform well. Nose Fresh, light wood and faint roasted notes, fruity, floral, light herbs. Palate Light wood, faint smoke, fruits, herbs, light floral notes. Finish Short to medium, light wood, lightly sweet, dried fruit, light herbs.
