Nicht gezuckert, nicht gefärbt, dabei recht leicht und easy drinking. Eine angenehme Grundsüße mit Karamell und Melasse, recht kräftige Holzeinflüsse durch die zweifache Reifung in frischen Fässern. Kaum Frucht zu erkennen, eher an Piniennadeln erinnernde harzige Koniferenwaldnoten, neben den üblichen Verdächtigen Vanille und trocken toastigem Eichenholz.
