Cave Guildive Secret Nicaragua Rum 2004
Sipped neat, this is a dark, dry sipper: burnt caramel, dark chocolate, and a big hit of pecan and walnut. Distilled in 2004 and bottled by Cave Guildive at a full 66%, yet tasters keep saying the alcohol is well tucked in. One member even called the nose "Caroni-Like." A little bitter-burnt for some, but the nutty, roasted core is what people come back for.

Der Tropfen wird mit jedem Mal besser. Echt super dunkel, fassig mit Malz und Karamell, dunkle Schokolade. Im Hintergrund ein tolles nussiges Aroma. Habe zum zweiten Mal verkostet und das Rating nach oben korrigiert. Lecker! Update: Dritte Verkostung, wieder hochkorrigiert. Lecker!

Einer der besseren Nicaragua Rums. Etwas zu verbrannt bitter aber eine schöne note von gebrannten Kastanien, Rosinen.
