Mhh, simply delicious. Typically grassy, but noble grass 😉 At the very end, there's a brief flash of chewing gum, a crazy twist.

Un HSE à la croisée des chemins qui détient à la fois les caractéristiques d’un rhum non vieilli et les influences du vieillissement. Le nez est un peu timide et dégage ses arômes au compte goutte, notamment la canne à sucre, l’herbe, les épices, le boisé toasté, les noix et les fruits secs. On ressent le profil sec des rhums agricoles mais avec une légère rondeur apportée par le fût. Un profil plutôt complet mais un peu timoré. L’attaque en bouche dévoile une première salve plutôt végétale et herbacée (canne) avant de donner un deuxième coup plus épicé (poivre noir), toasté et boisé. On ressent un peu plus les fruits (secs, tropicaux) mais aussi le caramel. C’est bien structuré et assez complet dans l’ensemble. L’alcool est bien intégré, mais un peu plus d’intensité alcoolique aurait sûrement apporter un petit peu d’énergie. La finale est supérieure au reste, de longueur moyenne, sèche, chaude et équilibrée entre les épices (piment, vanille), le boisé et les notes légèrement toastées. Les fruits secs et la canne végétale sont derrière mais ne sont pas très importants. Le profil est plutôt prometteur, ayant encore le terroir de la canne et bénéficiant des avantages du vieillissement, et il serait intéressant de voir ce que des profils plus vieux peuvent donner sous les mêmes conditions.

Un rhum agricole assez bon, on sent une légère note de vanille et de caramel sur un fond boisé. L'alcool est plutôt bien intégré même s'il pourrait l'être mieux. La dégustation laisse un peu sur notre faim, on sent qu'il ne manque pas grand chose pour que le rhum soit meilleur mais pour le prix c'est un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

An der Nase sehr fruchtig, grasig süß. Am Gaumen doch schon eine intensivere Süß kandierte Früchte, Kräuter, etwas Holz. Als Daily sipper bestimmt vertretbar für den Preis absolut ein tolles Produkt.

Un rhum dégusté au Rhum Fest en 2024. Un nez plutôt discret avec les marqueurs classiques : herbes, agrumes épices et bois. La bouche attaque sur un boisé/fût pas très net assez désagréable mais sans être trop marquant, heureusement. La finale reste hélas marquée par ce fût pas net. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi utiliser un fût pas net en espérant que tout s’améliorera avec le mélange d’autres fûts. C’est le contraire qui arrive, le fût pas net contamine tout le reste. Ce n’est pas un cas isolé parmis les agricoles.
