As is usually the case with Sharks, the alcohol content is somewhat exaggerated. Difficult to classify in terms of taste. Somewhat floral, a little sweetness, wood, caramel.

Surprisingly spicy and sweet for such a young agricole and at the same time little wood influence. Rather reminiscent of sandalwood, cinnamon cookies with bitter orange glaze and is overall quite sweet, nutty and mild despite the high alcohol content.

Aroma at first is very unpleasant very alcoholic, almost like vodka. Let it rest. Then I noticed spice (very dominant), some floral scents and lot of fruits (mostly tropical and grapes). It reminded me homemade booze. After a few minutes I noticed some sweet scents (just a hint). Taste itself is very fruity (citrus is dominant flavor), again lot of spice, some wood and what is new for me, almost like mineral flavor (when you take magnesium tablet). Finish is pretty long (at least for me) but the whole thing ended very gently. Pretty interesting rum, not my favorite, but it could be good and pleasant choice for “agricole” drinkers.
