A rum tasted at the WLP. An indulgent nose of banana flambéed with grapes and orange alcohol. The palate attacks smoothly with orange liqueur and banana. The varnish is more pronounced than on the nose and the finish is long, with tropical fruit, cherry and raisins. A fine rum that makes you want to explore Mhoba further.

#4913 Whisky Live in Paris 27.09.2024-30.09.2024. Another great event meeting a lot of RumX new and old friends. This year three weren't as many new releases as in 2023, but I still had a great time. Nose Intense, fresh, fruity, overripe, light caramel, ester, banana, spice, faint smoke. Palate Intense, ester, fruity, overripe, banana, roasted, light caramel, spicy, medium dry, spice. Finish Long, warm, spicy, fruity, banana, faint citrus, light sugarcane, ester, faint smoke. This is a really nice rum though you shouldn't start your tasting with it 😊
