Une drôle d’acidité du début à la fin sur la pomme verte, citron et une touche de gingembre, un nez qui laisse entrevoir une fermentation longue mais sans les promesses, comme un Savanna mais pas assumé, on y revient qd même plus par curiosité que par son goût. Plus fort en alcool lui aurait fait du bien
