Kommt nicht ganz an den 10jährigen Les Rhum Vieux ran, aber dennoch sehr ordentliche Abfüllung. An der Nase sehr rund und gefällig im positiven Sinne. Karamell / Sahnebonbon, Milchkafffee, Muskat, dazu leichte erdige / Wurzel-Noten. Am Gaumen Karamell, Muskat, im Abgang leichte Schärfe und Schwarztee bzw Tannine.

Nicht sehr auffälliger junger Bielle. Braucht Oxidation und kam aus einer frisch geöffneten Flasche. Sollte in einem halben Jahr nochmal probiert werden.

#7110 31.07.2026 Relaxing with some samples while celebrating that I passed 500 km of walking this month. Listening to some old Armin van Buuren tracks on Spotify. Pretty nice rum and the price tag at release was OK in my mind. Well balanced profile with fruits, spice, caramel, roasted wood and some sugarcane.

Place à la dégustation Bielle 2015 – Fût 120 – 53,8 % Un nez typiquement Bielle, très plaisant, mais une bouche un peu piquante en finale, avec un boisé brûlé légèrement dérangeant. Le consensus du groupe : il a besoin d’oxydation. À regoûter dans quelques mois !

Un bielle tout à fait plaisant et très rond mais qui ne révolutionne pas le genre. les marqueurs sur les agrumes et surtout l’écorce d’orange domine en bouche, au nez on a de la fleur d’oranger tres agréable. C’est bon sans être incroyable

Small break in the TDLs review Nose : nice toffee caramel, apple, strong cask influence Taste : tame, the alcohol is not very perceptible IMO, more baking notes (baked apple, spices, vanilla), then some briney note Finale : Rather shorts on clean tanins (tea)and and sweet aftertaste It's alright, not the most impressive Bielle I tried but it's a good intro and released for an acceptable price

Goûté et Acheté au salon du rhum a spa en 2024. Au fil du temps, il devenait bien meilleur. Au nez c'est doux, un bonbon au café/ caramel, Un gâteau bien gras avec du beurre. En bouche, Il est légèrement piquant. Il est légèrement boisé, on retrouve ce côté doux caramel avec des notes de levures également. La longueur est moyenne/ longue, boisé. C'est plutôt bon.

A rather weird Bielle, some of the mushrooms that they sometimes have, but the rest is almost like a foursquare, not in an unpleasent way, just a bit random. I fear i really would have wanted that 10 years older to really see its potential.
