Honigrum ist eine Kanarische Spezialität und wird natürlich besonders gern den Touristen angeboten. Es handelt sich aber um einen Likör. Fast schon Sirup würde ich sagen, denn obwohl er mir geschmacklich gut gefällt, ist er dermaßen süß, dass man nicht viel davon trinken kann. Mit frischem Limettensaft schmeckt er echt super!
