S.B.S Reunion 2021 Creole - Bourbon Cask
Green grass, olive brine and raw sugarcane hit first, backed by a herbal, almost medicinal edge — one taster literally compared the nose to an old medicine cabinet. This is a young, cask-strength Reunion agricole distilled and bottled at 3 years, and it drinks wild and very vegetal. People genuinely split on it: some find it fascinating, others find it too green and unruly to want a whole bottle of.
