El Ron del Artesano Panama Rum Recioto Cask Finish
Warm caramel, raisin and oak lead here, wrapped around a Recioto sweet-wine cask finish that a few tasters say almost takes over the rum. It's a classic Spanish-style Panama column-still, 13 years old and bottled at a hefty 60.9%. Most agree the flavors are balanced and the empty glass smells great, but that heat isn't for everyone.

Kräftiger Antritt, ordentlich Kribbeln auf der Zunge aufgrund des doch kräftigen Alkohols, dennoch wirkt der Alkohol gut eingebunden. Typischer, wenn auch leckerer, easy sipping Panama Rum, der etwas würziger als andere Vertreter daherkommt. Preis/Leistung stimmig, schöner Rum

In der Nase nicht vieles zu entdecken aber dafür eine Aromen Explosion im Mund wie ich ihn von den Foursquare 2007 kenne. Der Abgang schön intensiv lang und ausgewogen mit Holz-, Röst- und trockenfruchtaromen. Die 60% Volumen alv. Sind gut eingebunden. Macht Freude den zu trinken

A nicely balanced rum in the flavours, but the ABV could have been integrated a lot better. The empty glass has really nice flavours after an hour and it draws pretty nice curtains in the glass.

I got my hands on a sample from this one. In the nose i can‘t found some specific notes from panama… The alcohol isn’t integrated well and the 60% are well notable as well the barrel. Anyway I expected a bit more from this. PN: This isn‘t a daily rum!

Alkohol könnte besser eingebunden sein. Im Abgang auch deutlich Column Stil rauszuschmecken.
