Sun Juice Carnival Guatemala & Belize Blended Rum
One taster called this "a real dessert" — an éclair in a glass — and that captures it. A Guatemala-Belize molasses blend at 41.9%, three years in ex-bourbon casks, leaning gourmand: caramel, vanilla, pineapple and mango over lots of citrus. Soft and round for the low proof, with a slightly hot, syrupy finish. A couple of members suspect it's lightly sweetened.

A round, well-balanced rum with a sweetness. A little tangy on the finish. I could imagine that it is somewhat sweetened.
