Surprisingly good! Very malty & bourbony on the nose, initially thought I was smelling a whisky. Vanilla, young Bananas and some chocolate fudge on the palate. Unfortunately the alcohol ist not very well integrated which keeps it from a higher score.

Neat WP with the typical markers (banana, spices, milk chocolate) and a lot of rum for the money. Strong bourbon impact. The 19 tropical years I do not quite believe. Possibly rather 19 years with a part tropical?

Für 17 Jahre tropisch für den Preis ist er schon echt o.k. Zwar kein absoluter Kracher, aber als Starter für einen netten Abend durchaus brauchbar.
