Un très bel opus agricole de la part de la distillerie! Un nez fruité et épicé. Le calvados est bien intégré et apporte une très belle touche à la dégustation. Une très belle finale en bouche typique des plus grands Savanna!

Ježiš to je dobrý! Krásná chuť calvadosu a koňaku. Jablíčka, plnost, krásný plný dojezd. Tohle chci pít celý večer. Alkohol akorát tak na plný závěr kde ustupuje calvados a zůstane v puse plno koňaku. Jo a ta vůně ta jse snad ještě lepší.

Au nez clairement le passage en fut de Calvados est présent. On a également le côté boisé, des notes de fruits confits et rouges. On sent que ça va être puissant également, le côté brut de fût se devine facilement. L'attaque est puissante on sent les watts mais sans trop d'agressivité non plus. Le côté calvados est marqué, les fruits rouges sont présents, la canne à sucre également, un côté végétal et le boisé. La longueur est belle s'étire en laissant un goût de fruits rouges, de bois et de Calvados. Un rhum assez complexe mais qui tient ce qu'il annonce au nez. Ne pas hésiter à lui laisser un temps d'aération pour développer son côté aromatique et le rendre un peu moins puissant.

Reunion! A travelers dream. Amazing wild life and endemic species. I like the theme of the bottle design. Beautiful sea turtle. Do I like the rhum? I do. But it’s not easy to like it. The alcohol is too dominant, the bitterness of the cask slightly too present. But it’s complex and the calavados / apple flavors are quite unique. Regrettably, the strong abv kills a bit the joy. But hey, a nice rhum, don’t get me wrong. But not easy to like.

Un assez joli agri Savanna, un peu marqué par le calva au premier nez et bouche mais qui s’estompe après ouverture pour revenir à une trame plus classique. C’est assez complexe et gourmand, en plus des fruits (pomme poire pêche jaune le tout assez vert) on a un praliné envoûtant au nez qui balance ces fruits peu mûres. On retrouve à peu près la même chose en bouche, la texture n’est pas incroyable (quasiment pas de mâche), et on a quand même une forte amertume qui augmente au fur et à mesure des gorgées… ça gâche quelque peu le plaisir… Dommage pour cette amertume le nez est très joli

Très marqué Calvados, pas trop ma came! Mais belle complexité ! Édit après longue aération : toujours cette amertume, mais ça reste une belle bouteille !

Nez boisé, caramélisé, métallique. Je n'ai pas senti la pomme verte ou le calvados que d'autres mentionnent. En bouche, alcool présent mais pas bien intégré. Cette fois, une impression marquée de Calvados. On est sur un profil assez fidèle aux Savanna vieux que j'ai pu goûter.

I just do not like the taste of unshared cask. It is definitely different than my beloved Grand arome/HERR. Rumy z destilerie Savanna jsou jedny z mych nejoblibenejsich. Doporucuji kazdemu vyzkouset zejmena vuce esterove kousky jako je Grand arome nebo HERR. Tolik ovoce v nekolika malo kapkach tekutiny jste dlouho necitili.
