Admiral Rodney Officer's Releases N1 2006
The odd surprise here: cold from the bottle, one member swears it smells like glue, then warms up into plum, port, dried fruit and roasted oak once it's in your hand. A 13-year Saint Lucia molasses rum at 45%, it drinks warm and smooth with clove, light chocolate and a candied, port-cask sweetness on the late palate. Several tasters call it the pick of the Admiral Rodney line.
The community says- Smooth at 45%
- Port-cask fruitiness
- Faint bitter finish

Le port cask apport une belle gourmandise. On retrouve une amertume dans la finale qui apporte aussi un peu de complicité.

Specialty. Cold it smells somehow like Uhu glue. Makes the glass warm and it will flash you.
