Asta Morris Bielle Rasta Morris Marie-Galante 2015
Sipped neat is where this Bielle lives — a cane-juice agricole that leans richer than most. The nose runs floral and sugarcane-fresh with caramel and vanilla, then the palate turns dry, woody and peppery with citrus and baking spice. One taster nailed it as "toffees with a woody and vegetal edge." At 56.2% the heat is mostly well tucked in, though a couple felt it still stings.

In comparison, it received the better rating against the RX12786. This is much more pleasing. Tasted at the Franconian Tasting Gang goes Tiki. Thanks to Jarek who opened both bottles especially for the tasting.

Solid Bielle. I was a bit surprised that I haven’t rated it yet as the bottle is gone now. 😁I’ve enjoyed it.
Review by TheRhumhoe

A rum tasted at the WLP. The nose is herbaceous, fresh and slightly lemony. The palate is still on lemon and other citrus fruits with bitter herbs. The finish is long with fruit and herbaceous notes.

Sehr lecker, Alkohol deutlich besser eingebunden als beim parallel verkosteten Bologne Flora Antillarum.

Great, expressive Bielle profile with sweet nougat, some wood, spices...pleasant to drink. Nice release.

Good taste, but a little unround.
