Ve vůni naprosto dominující sladké tóny pečiva, sušenek a karamelu mě vůbec nepřipravily na chuťový profil. V chuti jsou intenzivní pepřové tóny, pečené ovoce a náznaky květinových tónů. Alkohol je přítomen a závěr delší, příjemný.

Incredibly strange drinking experience. It's like mixing bitter, spicy resin, toasted wood chips, freshly ground pepper and brine. The virgin oak is really very present here and the alcohol is anything but well integrated.... PLV is rather bad than good here.

#6174 01.01.2025 Enjoying a few New Year samples getting ready for a relaxing day with leftover food and snacks. Now watching the movie "Torden" (Thunder in English) Nose Fresh, light wood, light cherry, vegeral, light nutts, light caramel, spice. Palate Round, light wood, light roasted, peppery, light cherry, light citrus, light raisin, nutts, light salt. Finish Medium long, round, light wood, peppery, faint mineral, light herbs, light cherry. Empty glass Cherry, caramel, light herbs, dried fruit.

Very mature and dark for the relatively short time in a Virgin Oak barrel made from Czech oak. Spicy, slightly floral and also fruity. There is criticism for the alcohol content.
