Ich traue mich mal ran und gebe dem Kong in der - zugegeben gut gemachten - Gorilla-Flasche eine zweite Chance; Vielleicht kann ja das richtige Glas mehr raus holen. Vormals probiert auf dem 13. GRF, als kleine Aktion am Rande 😉 und dort als sehr schlecht empfunden. Nase: sehr würzig und künstlich fruchtig, leicht floral. Wirkt trotz der nur 40% alkoholisch. Zunächst Pfeffer und Vanille mit einem Anklang von Schokolade, dazu Orange, aber mehr in Richtung Orangeat. Insgesamt aber recht flach und eindimensional. 5,0 Gaumen: ohmannomann, dünn, verwässert, flach. Hauptsächlich würzig mit Pfeffer, Muskat, künstliche Vanille und Kümmel, dazu leicht salzig. Hinten bitter werdend. Da kann ich so gar nichts mit anfangen. 4,0 Das schöne Blender-Glas holt leider noch die Schwächen hervor. Viel zu hoher Preis für einen viel zu belanglosen Rum.

Als „Bezahlung“ für eine spontane Aktion mit den Veranstaltern des GRF, kurz den Praktikant getestet. Was soll man sagen, beim nächsten mal mach ich es lieber umsonst. Dünn, Kraft- und charakterlos. Außer einer coolen Flasche ist nicht viel vorhanden…

Relativ undefinierbarer spiced rum aus Panama, aber kein Wunder die botanicals zur Automatisierung werden ja auch nicht genannt. Leicht floral - würzig... ist leider sehr dünn und wässrig und daher auch eher verhalten in der Aromatik... Von dem überzogenen Preis ganz zu schweigen.
