Rum Club Switzerland Panama Rum 2003
Caramel and dark chocolate up front, with dried plum and cassis behind them — but at 65.2% the alcohol never really sits down. Most tasters here call it raw and hot, with the burn poking through more than the fruit. It reads sweet, even a touch artificial for a single cask, and several found it unspectacular for the age and proof. One reviewer loved its balance; most didn't.

The look inside the bottle
How does Rum Club Switzerland Panama Rum 2003 taste?
Aggregated from 12 community reviews.
Hot, sweet cask-strength Panama that divides Divisive, and not in an exciting way. Most owners find the alcohol poorly integrated and the sweetness at odds with a 14-year single cask; one enthusiast rates it far higher.

Unspectacular rum. Unfortunately no fruits, special taste nothing comes really trough. Generally to sweet for me. The alcohol isn‘t integrated well and is always very present. Due the sweet numbers of ABV and bottling age I expected a lot more…

Alkohol nicht gut eingebunden.
Review by Dr.Django
Review by SaibotZtar

Very sweet and artificial for a single cask
