Funkie from nose to mouth. Full-bodied, with marzipan and a little custard. It's pleasant but rather dry and lacks a little gourmandise. It's well marked Jamaica but a 2016 Hampden Younger is quite similar but seems to me more gourmand and cheaper.

19.12.2020 Nice tasting shortly before Christmas in a private area of the bar. Unfortunately this very old bar closed down in 2023. Notes Medium dark colour. Nose Light wood, ester, fruity, faint nutts, citrus. Palate Unbalanced, light wood, oily, ester, fruit. Finish Unbalanced, wood, ester, pineapple.
