Fruity and despite the 16 months in cask, the woodiness is present, beautiful color (darker than the n*5). On the nose, the alcohol is very discreet, but on the palate, the agricultural character is revealed. For an amber rum, a pleasantly surprising complexity. A pleasant surprise!
