Alcool assez peu maîtrisé. Franchement surpris, bien gras et épais, Quand même piquant avec un peu d’alcool, mais on en reprend avec plaisir ! En resume, mes notes de degutation : Au nez : Chêne, Boisé, Caramel En bouche : Boisé, Poivré, Piquant, Cacao La finale plutot orientee vers : Cacao Édit : un peu de fruits en plus mais quand même un peu d’alcool:

#4637 08.03.2024 Tasting with Romhatten. Nose Light wood, floral, sugarcane, caramel, fruity, dried fruit, cognac, grass. Palate Dry, wood, light roasted, warm, fruity, raisin, tannins, floral, grass, light coffee, faint chocolate. Finish Long, dry, warm, wood, dried fruit, light caramel. Very good ABV integration, but a but boring to be honest.

Chêne boisé, fruits sec, herbacé, caramel, épicé, poivre noir. L’alcool est un peut trop dominant à mon goût. Un agricole brut de fut très expressif. Si vous n’êtes pas habitués au rhums puissants passez votre chemin.
