Foursquare Rum Sponge No. 19 (2005 & 2007)
Sipped neat, this drinks far softer than 57% has any right to — coconut and dark chocolate up front, a touch of dried date, a peppery, cinnamon-dusted finish. A few members note the alcohol isn't quite fully tucked in, and several call it rounder but less complex than the pure 2007 Foursquares. Still, one taster simply calls it "very easy to drink".
