Nez : Léger coco, canne, flan chocolat Bouche : Canne, fruits jaunes, caramel, vanille Finale : Flan, coco 8.0 il passe tout juste la barre car finale assez courte et 45 degrés c’est léger mais ça ne manque pas d’intérêt quand même. Dégusté à Radda In Chianti chez Casa Porciatti, le meilleur restaurant et traiteur du coin.
