This is a really nice cask they've bottled. Nicely balanced profile with a very light mint note in the profile that I like.

Das ist Mal was.. Da fehlen die Worte, das passend zu beschreiben. Probieren wir es so: ein Agricole der sich auf ne jamaikanische Funkparty eingeschlichen hat und dann noch die silbermedaille für‘s beste Kostüm abstaubt. Ein Erlebnis!

Une belle expérience, pas forcément ce qui invite le plus à y revenir trop souvent mais un gros bon moment pour les moments où l’on cherche à sortir des sentiers battus. Ça part un peu dans tous les sens, avec un vernis supportant le reste.

Alkohol könnte etwas besser eingebunden sein. Ester sind nicht vordergründig, Frucht auch nicht, etwas flach.
