Despite 22+ years in cask, what trips people up here is balance, not age. The chocolate runs strong — one taster called it "trop chocolat" — alongside caramel, tobacco, mint and dry wood. Fans of the Ricci OVNI blends find it complete and gourmand, but a few feel one component (the column/T.D.L side) crowds out the rest, and the 57.3% isn't perfectly tucked in.

Sehr guter Blend, allerdings kommt er nicht an OVNI 2 ran. Für meinen Geschmack etwas zu viel Column-Anteil.

Visit to Ricci. Just like last time, just great: 14 rums tasted, 2 hours with us, only top-flight quality rums like this UFO! Man, it's good... Hyper-complete, complex, gourmand and balanced!
