Bon équilibre au nez et en bouche, avec une douceur et rondeur très agréable sur la pâte de coing

Very fresh smell. At the beginning yoy can distinguish armagnac fluence, body is sweeter, but weak. Aftertaste is very weak. Taste is woody, yellow fruits (weak), agricole, flowers. It is complex, but there is nothing special in this rhum.

Rhum dégusté à l'aveugle facile à lire mais que je n'aurais pas pu retrouver. Cependant on sent facilement le jeune âge, l'origine Martinique et le marquage à l'alcool de raisin. Un des rhums les plus fidèles gustativement à son méthode d'élaboration ce qui pour moi est une grande qualité

Un excellent rhum pour son âge. Me rappelle beaucoup le vieux sajous caroni cask avec le côté acidulé du fruit bien moindre et un beau côté boisé. Du très bon travail.
