What surprises most people is how round this white agricole drinks at 45% — the alcohol sits well hidden. Expect fresh sugarcane, lime and grapefruit with a green, vegetal edge and a faint whiff of the sea. One taster even called it a "coup de coeur." A couple of hints of anise and iodine round it out. Not for anyone who dislikes unaged white rum.

Rumkalender 2025. Weiße Rum sind für meinen Geschmack nie gut. Dieser Rum ist unter den schlechtesten Weißen immerhin ein guter. Für mich ist er leider nichts.

Sehr schöne Grundlage für einen Ti Punch oder auch zwei. Grasige Noten, etwas Zitrus, grün, im Abgang leichte Noten von Karton und Bleistiftspänen, minimal bitter. Alkohol ist gut eingebunden. Auch pur wirkt der Rum sehr rund.

#5384 08.06.2025 Enjoying a few random samples while watching the new movie "The Accountant 2". Nose Fresh, faint smoke, fruits, citrus, light anise, vegetal, light sugarcane. Palate Fresh, light sugarcane, light oily, light, vegetal, light citrus, spice, light anise. Finish Medium long, fresh, light oily, light vegetal, citrus, spice, faint salt. Empty glass Citrus, iodine, light anise, vanilla.

Description : Production limitée : Seulement 3 000 bouteilles numérotées ont été produites, chacune identifiée individuellement, ce qui en fait une édition collector Distillation et repos : Le rhum a été double distillé en alambic à repasse (discontinu) en mars-avril 2022, puis placé en cuves inox dès mai 2022 pour un repos de 6 mois. Réduction maîtrisée : La descente en degré (jusqu’à 45 % vol) a été réalisée de manière lente et progressive, à l’aide d’eau de source provenant de Saint-Claude, une zone montagneuse de Basse-Terre réputée pour la pureté de son eau. Canne utilisée : Il s’agit d’un rhum monovariétal issu exclusivement de la canne B80.689, surnommée localement "matos", cultivée par deux planteurs partenaires de la distillerie à Goyave. Philosophie d’embouteillage : Aucun ajout (sucre, caramel, etc.) n’est effectué. Le rhum est non filtré à froid et non rectifié, conservant ainsi toute l’intégrité de ses arômes naturels. Contexte événementiel : Cette cuvée a été lancée en 2022 à l’occasion de la Route du Rhum – Destination Guadeloupe, dont elle rend hommage à l’esprit d’aventure maritime.(source: packagingoftheworld.com,lacompagniedurhum.com,klac.fr,rhumattitude.com) Nez:canne à sucre , végétal ,agrume Bouche:whao très léger et très bon. Léger, agrume,citron, frais Finale: duré moyen sûr les agrumes et du citron. Conclusion: acheté chez rumstylez à 53,90€. J'ai aucun regret de l'avoir acheté car j'ai eu un plaisir à la goûter et j'aurais un plaisir à la vider mais est ce que j'en rachèterais une ? Je ne sais pas. Un blanc à 50€ me paraît un peu beaucoup, pour 40€ ,je pense que j'aurai moins d'hésitation.
