An agricultural rum with an excellent quality / price ratio. A nose at the same time soft, balanced and which oscillates between the spices, the woody side, the chocolate, the freshness, the pastry notes and the dry grape. The mouth follows the same framework, followed by notes of tobacco. A round and supple rum, which ends with a fresh and minty finish. A rum that has nothing to envy other rums more "upscale".

First off, you get a lot for your money with this release. Fresh and fruity with nice caramel and spices. The wood is secondary and well balanced ABV. Would have loved it at 50+ABV.

Odeur très agréable à l'ouverture du flacon. Du bois, de l'ananas, des fruits exotiques, de l'acidité. A la dégustation, sensation de fraîcheur puis l'alcool prend le pas avec le bois avant de laisser le sucre et les fruits tapisser le palais. c'est très agréable. Aéré, le rhum prend plus de corps : du café, plus de bois encore. Plus de sucre aussi. On arrive presque sur un rhum de mélasse. Très agréablement surpris et content de cette dégustation.

Sembra uno scotch whiskey con note vegetali, pepate e tostate molto lontane, secondo me il bar ha miscelato il contenuto oppure l'ha direttamente sostituito 😔 Lascio questo voto provvisorio senza valore nell'attesa di fare una degustazione appropriata.

Compared to the VSOP this one is a lot more complex and dryer in taste. The finish is very long and price/quality is very good.

Bommetje. In de mond laten zitten, dan wordt het een (appel?/abrikozen?)taartje. Heel volle ronde smaak. Beetje scherp. Wel lekker.
