Great success for this 1st monovarietal with the cane "energy", same profile of the nose in the end on the well sweetened cane bringing him the greediness and a very mineral side which gives him its character and its typicity. A beautiful vegetable note of pepper brings character to this delicious juice.

Le pop corn me saute au nez. En bouche je retrouve le mais avec une pointe de caramel, la pomme et le poivre.
