Le rhum que j'ai goûté qui a le souffre le plus présent de tous les rhums que j'ai pu gouter. Il me rappelles le pétards pirate que j'amlumais quand j'étais petit. J'ai la fruits rouges (cerise) en bouche après ouverture

I've never tasted a rum so full of sulfur! As a result, the nose is pungent and the mouth just as much, making it impossible to taste.

Un rhum assez déstabilisant à l'ouverture. L'alcool au nez est très agressif, masquant les arômes orientés sur le noyau de cerise , ce qui est logique mais avec une complexité masquée par cet excès. Bref, pas très subtil. En bouche, l'attaque est de nouveau alcoolique, pas intégré Ça fâche quand on sait d'où ça vient! On retrouve ensuite la dominance exagérée du sherry qui fait perdre un peu tout le reste. Le finish est assez moyen. Sans modification gustative. Bref, j'ai sucé un noyau trempé dans de la gnole... Je vais attendre quelques jours et peut être, choses très rare, le réduire façon whisky pour essayer de le laisser s'ouvrir, ça ne peut pas en rester là.
