Review by Decky Hicks Doughty
The nose is probably the most banana forward rum I've smelt. Specifically, dried chips of banana. Other notes include icing sugar and fresh sliced lemon. The palate follows the taste with the amount of fruit. But this time red fruits. Cherries and other generic red berries. There's also a grapes/cognac vibe. It's also a touch grassy. The finish is quite short and peppery. Very different from the palate. A touch of creaminess. Overall, not bad. Would work well in cocktails, has a very nice nose but a touch sharp beyond that.
