Perola Razel‘s Banana Bread Rum
Ripe banana and sweet pastry — banana bread, gingerbread, cookie dough — pour out of the glass, and that baked note is what sets this apart from a plain banana rum. The palate is very sweet, more flavored dessert than spirit, softened by the low 38.1%. A couple of members catch a marzipan or Haribo edge; most just spoon it over ice cream.

Sweet banana-bread dessert, more liqueur than rum Nobody pretends it's a serious sipper — it's a sweet banana-bread dessert in a bottle, and taken that way most enjoy it. Too sugary for others.

Review by Ginger & Fred
Von den Razels für mich der beste. Sehr Banane. Und wirkt überhaupt nicht künstlich! Zartes, flüssiges, bananeneis. Schmeckt weich und hat eine lässige Textur.
Review by rum_sk
On the nose there is a very likeable aroma of banana mixed with sweet pastry such as bananabread, gingerbread, cake etc. The pastry aroma is what makes this sweet spirit stand out. Taste is very sweet taste but still within tolerance and managable in terms of sweetness but it impresses me with the combination of banana, vanilla, sweet pastry and gingerbread. Hint of A. H. Riise arome is present. What makes this one stand out is the inclusion of pastry which stands out the most on the nose but is includes to certain extent on the palate too. Very nice dessert.

Geschmacklich natürlich voll drüber, in dem was natürlich geht.
