Sipped neat at 62.5%, the alcohol sits surprisingly well-integrated for cask strength. The nose leans on brown sugar and vanilla; the palate carries caramel, yellow fruit and a little chili prickle before a fairly dry, medium finish. One taster likened it to a Barbados rum. Tasty and clean, but a few members found it linear rather than gripping.

Très joli Bélize!

Joli belize Le nez sur le sucre brun caramélisé et la vanille. La bouche portée sur le caramel, le vanille et les fruits jaunes, un peu de piment et de piquant. La finale est moyenne sur le caramel mais assez sèche. Au niveau intensité, il n est cependant pas au niveau des belize de 14 ans minimum, cela reste assez léger.
