Guyana clearly dominates the nose. Beautiful dark notes of plum, pear and wood. Overall very round, soft and pleasing. In the mouth, the alcohol is appropriate for the 62.2%, but is surprising given the gentle nose. Picks me up!

I don't know if my sample is not quite right, but there are such clear off-notes of earth, moss and mold that I can hardly drink it. The alcohol is also very poorly integrated!

Price-performance top! Significantly more percentages and 15 months post-maturation in ex-Cognac barrels have done him good. Only the funk has unfortunately suffered somewhat under the post-maturation. Otherwise, the typical flavors by the Barbados and Spanish shares plus fruit by the cognac.

Very alcoholic in the nose. Needs time. French oak comes through. After the alcohol fades away it's a very decent drop. Less Jamaican driven than the normal "eleven". More Foursquare/panama driven.

Also für den Preis kann man definitiv nichts sagen. Nur der Alkohol ist nur anfangs ein wenig mehr als präsent. Mit ein wenig Zeit im Glss wird es aber besser. Als Mixer gibt er auch eine gute Figur ab.
