17.01.2023 enjoying a few Samples with a good friend. Medium dark in colour. Nose Fresh, wood, fruits, light caramel, plum, light roasted, faint marzipan, light herbs. Palate Round, light, wood, light roasted, plum, light marzipan, faint varnish, faint caramel, light workshop. Finish Medium long, wood, dried fruit, prunes, faint varnish, light marzipan, light herbs.

טעימה אצל חברים Meh כמו שאוהבים להגיד. הרבה מהבקבוקים האלה של האנמור המבוגרים ביישון קונטיננטלי לא מספקים את הסחורה. הרבה רשמים לא נעימים ובוסריים. מאלכותי כזה.

Very medicinal and rubbery in the nose as well as on the palate. This is a rum that maybe could have benefited from a touch of sugar in order to round it off and enhance some of the flavors

... Enmore - drive distiller, now just a functional distillation device. Apparently the only wooden still in the world which is very popular. The Enmore rums have a flavour of ash, leather, heavy wood, which will delight especially the lovers of whiskey. And if in the traditional Guyanese way the producer adds a little molasses to the rum, you have a unique very distinctive and heavy rum in the bottle. One of my favourites.
