A Canarian Agricole from Ron Aldea... somewhat atypical... initially reminds me strongly of a Spanish-Cuban style, which only shows slight vegetal Agricole aromas late in the finish. In the main part, it leans towards the caramel-sweet side, paired with dried dates and figs. A nice evening sipper.
