Could be much milder ... Nevertheless, a nice Belize with good cojones and a fairly typical profile! But the alcohol could be much better integrated, hence slight deductions in the overall rating.

Un rhum de Travellers qui se veut aussi puissant que gourmand. La noix de coco et la banane se partagent le nez avec le caramel, le biscuit et le sucre brun pour un côté à la fois opulent et onctueux. Le chocolat au lait et les épices vont de pair avec un boisé gourmand et les notes grillées de noisette pour offrir une sorte de bonbon olfactif. En bouche, l’alcool est dompté par les notes pâtissières de caramel au beurre et de toffee. Il y a un côté sirupeux qui rend le rhum très gouleyant. Chocolat, noix de coco, gâteau, cookie, fruits secs, muscade et vanille forment la colonne vertébrale au palais. Un rhum extrêmement moelleux et facile d’approche. La finale est de bonne longueur, sur des arômes similaires. Le toffee, l’amande et la touche saline et de cognac donnent un peu de consistance en fin de bouche. Un très bon rhum, mais sûrement trompeur de par son haut degré et ses arômes des plus doux. Une excellente alternative pour les débutants dans le monde du rhum.

Toller komplexer Rum aus Belize. Viel Kokosnuss und Tropische Früchte von Nase bis Abgang. Daneben leichte Fassnoten, gebrannter Zucker, Butterscotch, Banane und Gewürze - in Nase über Gaumen bis Abgang in unterschiedlichen Ausprägungen. Für mich ein richtig guter Rum!

Superb this swell once again. A real little candy, especially after an aeration of at least 20/30 minutes. Very greedy, nice length, lots of aroma and complexity and nice integration of the alcohol. I love it 🤩😍

Avec 9,5, nous sommes évidement sur mon top 3 ! Quel nez encore et toujours ! Quelle finesse dans le bois, jamais rencontré un tel aboutissement sur le bois, c’est d’une gourmandise extrême ! La bouche reste très puissante au début mais laisse découvrir derrière toute la palette aromatique de ce rhum d’exception !! Amande, pâtisserie, pâte brisée, avec encore cette touche de vernis et d’alcool qui reste très présente. Finale très longue sur la chaleur et une sucrosité toute relative
