#5255 18.04.2025 Enjoying some samples at home while listening to some nice EDM. Nose Fresh, medium intense, vegetal, citrus, light coconut, light mint, light earthy. Palate Intense, fresh, vegetal, medium spicy, light tea, olive, citrus, faint salt, light coconut. Finish Long and warm, medium spicy, light earthy, olive, light floral, sugarcane. Empty glass Light herbal, sugarcane, citrus, light cardamom, light coconut.

Découvert lors d'une Masterclass sur la fermentation avec le nouveau maître de chai de Bologne, puis en Guadeloupe directement, la Salako est très sympathique ! Un très joli rhum blanc très frais, bien sûr la canne à sucre bien fraîche et avec un petit coté iodé plaisant. Très rond est doux avec la sucrosité de la canne, idéal en tipunch comme en dégustation sec
