Hemingway Rum Papa‘s Pilar Sherry Finish
The sherry cask is the whole show here — raisins, cherries and a chocolate-covered-cherry note that even one taster who dislikes that flavor admitted worked. Under it sits caramel, toffee and a slightly sweet, nutty body. Nice enough neat at room temperature, but a few people found it plain, a bit hot mid-palate, and picked up an additive edge behind the fruit.

from the bottle smells pleasantly of some fruit, very intense, it's cherries in chocolate! and the taste is similar I hate chocolate covered cherries, the taste is nice, smooth, very chocolatey
