A sample that I have been looking for for a long time. Grazie Mille!!! 😀 I let it breathe for 2 hours, smelling it every time is an experience. Beautiful lacquer and solvent, caramel and macaroons, but restrained by Neisson standards. Plenty of spices. Very powerful, yet round and the 58% is perfectly integrated. It is very complex. Sniff deep in, peripheral, let it rest, swirl, something new every time.😀 Woody in the mouth (but not too much), spicy, caramel and macaroons. Long finish. The Neisson DNA is recognizable, but this one is not fine and elegant, but heavy and spicy. Absolutely 🔝, I like it better than its brother from 2005.

On trouve dès le nez une délicieuse gourmandise avec de très belles notes de chocolat, de cannelle et de fruits secs. La bouche est dans le prolongement du nez avec des arômes très similaires. Sa texture est crémeuse ce qui rend la dégustation vraiment très plaisante. La finale est longue avec un léger caramel et un boisé épicé. Ce Neisson est une grande réussite ! Un rhum dessert dont l'équilibre est parfait : on voudrait y revenir encore et encore !

An unexpectedly more toasty and spicy neisson! It also has a nice peppery note that accompanies the whole tasting! And with the usual and impeccable respect for one's sugar cane! Neisson is a guarantee!

Richtig richtig toller agricole single cask! Abgefahrene Nutella Nase, dazu schwarzer Pfeffer und geröstete Piemont Haselnüsse, etwas Zitrusfrüchte Abrieb, Zimt, Nelke, Piment und florale Noten im Abgang. Geil?

Très beau profil de Neisson sélectionné par Velier. Le nez est charmeur, porté par la douceur pâtissière sur le caramel, le biscuit, le toffee et le sucre brun. Le boisé et les épices donnent un côté noble très agréable. Si les fruits secs sont très discrets, la part végétale ressort davantage. Un profil sec et bien structuré. En bouche, on retrouve un rhum onctueux, plein de saveurs et de gourmandise. Une multitude d’épices, allant du poivre à la cannelle en passant par la muscade, la vanille et les clous de girofle se dévoile et embaume le palais. Puis le boisé, le cacao, le cuir et le tabac se succèdent avant de laisser place aux agrumes ainsi qu’aux fruits secs et à coque. On retrouve également un brin de verdure végétale et de canne à sucre. L’alcool est très bien intégré. Un profil rond, gourmand et complexe. La finale s’éternise sur les épices, le boisé, le cuir, le café et le cacao amer. Les notes terreuses ressortent davantage mais ne sont pas envahissantes. Les fruits secs et les agrumes restent présents aux côtés des noix pour un ensemble homogène et varié. S’il est un poil plus sec au nez, ce Neisson se distingue du Millésime 2005 par une plus grande gourmandise en bouche. Un superbe Neisson qui mérite sa place de porte-étendard des rhums agricoles.

Un nez ou se dissocie bois et cigare dans un grillé chocolaté. De la noisette et des fruits. D’ailleurs les fruits, tantôt agrumes, tantôt cerise, tantôt mangue verte, même de la cythère. WaW, y’a du monde La bouche est puissante, vive. Le bois est bien la avec un chocolat grillé, sensation de gingembre confit. Une finale assez longue avec un goût sucrée et épicé

Nez porté sur la cannelle cuite, le sucre brun, un boisé subtil et le chocolat amer. Puis vient une combinaison bananes séchées à la cannelle très appréciable. Quelques fruits secs et confits au deuxième nez, des notes d'abricots bien confits. En bouche, les mêmes arômes se retrouvent sous le joug de la torréfaction. Presque comme un vieux Bally. C'est agréable et sombre à la fois. Il y a même des notes de colle à maquette. En rétro olfaction, des épices (cannelle, poivre, girofle) et du grain de café. Avec l'aération et en fond de verre, un caramel cuit à la vanille bourbon fait son apparition. Un dram finalement atypique qui change des Neisson déjà dégustés.

Al naso profumato un tocco di spezie e una punta di legno, frutta secca, mandorle tostate il tutto confermato al palato. Finale medio, Neisson ha regalato di molto meglio
