Naga Malacca
One member calls it "very good rum for mixing" with a "very nice kumquat aroma," and that's the whole picture: mandarin, orange and candied tropical fruit up front, then a big wave of sweetness with a little Indonesian spice underneath. It drinks more like a sweetened, spiced fruit spirit than a classic rum. Fun in a Piña Colada, heavy going neat.

there's not much for me to say, it's not rum but a spiced flavored with kumquats. of course, the fruit is very present and takes up all the space, as do oranges and mandarins. But there's nothing else! it's light, watery, sweet, a bit meaningless. I'm really not a fan of spiced, either too sweet or completely ghostly! It's just right to get beginners started.

Sinaas & vanille

Very sweet rum, maybe elixir? I didn’t have a time to ask. Apricot is very intense and it could be great rum for cocktails, not for sipping.
